TELANAGNA FORMATION DAY
National Flag Hoisting on Telangana Formation Day 2020
Telangana Formation Day was celebrated on 2nd June inthe school. On this occxassion Our Headmaster B.Srinivas Rao hoisted the national flag. Local Corporator Sri. Bairaboina Damodar Yadav was the Chief Guest for the celebrations. School SMC Chairperson Smt. Guduru Geetha, our Ex-Headmaster Sri.Dr.L.VenkatRam Reddy, Vidya Parirakshana Chairman Sri. T.Jeevan and all the Staff members were participated in the programme. The celebrations made in a simple way with a limited people due to Covid 19.
BATHUKAMMA FESTIVAL
Bathukamma festival is celebrated throughout Telangana State at about 10 days before Dasara Festival. During these 10 ten days every day most of the women prepares Bathukamma with Thangedi flowers and plays by singing songs in the evening. The First day and the last day more women participates in this celebrations. They wear new clothes and ornaments.
In our school Bathukamma festival was celebrated by the students.
With the help of the teachers girl students prepared Bathukamma and played in the school. They sang traditional songs. In this celebrations Our Headmaster Sri. Dr.L.Venkat Ram Reddy , SMC Chairperson Smt. Guduru Geetha, teachers and students participated. A colourful appearance witnessed in the school.
Prizes were distributed to the students for their best performance by the Headmaster and SMC Chairperson.
